In this review, I evaluate CashNote App's support for upfront payments, balance tracking, and customer rewards. The workflow centers on setting a pre-pay threshold and managing customer funds locally on the device.

Enter essential business information in Settings, including the business name, contact email, and the pre-pay amount used to determine free customer rewards.
Add new customers and search existing ones from the home screen.
Tap a customer to view their balance details and to redeem rewards or add funds.
Free rewards are activated and redeemable when payments are made in multiples of the configured pre-pay reward amount.
All data is stored locally on your device, reducing exposure to external hacking risks.
No user accounts or login are required.
